Discovery Boost & Treasure Policy

BrainPandora Treasures is a free promotional discovery system. Members may encounter limited promotional rewards while exploring the BrainPandora universe. Rewards may include digital gifts, promotional or discount codes, gift cards, access privileges, physical items, or other promotional benefits supplied by BrainPandora, sponsors, or independent contributors. Participation is free; no purchase is necessary.

1. Discovery Boost

Discovery Boost is an internal, non-monetary activity metric. It reflects qualifying exploration and influences the probability of discovering an available promotional treasure during an eligible challenge. Discovery Boost is not money, stored value, property, a payment instrument, account credit, or a transferable asset. It cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged directly for a reward.

2. Earning Discovery Boost

Members and guests may earn Discovery Boost through qualifying exploration, creative contributions, and sponsor engagements across the universe. Qualifying activities currently include:

• Signal exploration: at least 10 seconds of active playback for music, podcasts, or cinematic videos, 10 seconds of active engagement for 3D worlds and playable games, or 50% reading depth for narrative stories and news bulletins. Qualifying signal exploration awards +5 Boost (counted once per user and signal exclusively through universe exploration).
• Published creation (Signal approval): successfully creating and publishing an original creation (node/signal) that passes guardrail checks and editorial review to be published publicly in the universe awards +10 Boost directly to the contributing creator.
• Sponsor landmark interactions: clicking “Show sponsor” from an official sponsor landmark in the universe cosmos awards +1 Boost per sponsor (counted once per session exclusively through universe exploration).
• Sponsor website visits: visiting an active sponsor's official website via the universe exploration popup or dedicated sponsor profile awards Discovery Boost based on the sponsor's cosmic tier:
  • Standard Sponsor: +1 Boost
  • Bronze Sponsor: +2 Boost
  • Silver Sponsor: +3 Boost
  • Gold Sponsor: +4 Boost (subject to administrative configuration)

  Direct visits outside universe exploration (such as directory browsing or standalone profile links) do not award Discovery Boost.

• Games and challenges: verified mini-game participation and completed challenge encounters discovered during universe exploration.

Automated, duplicated, simulated, fraudulent, or manipulated interactions do not qualify and will be rejected or reversed.

3. Guest Participation

Guests may accumulate temporary Discovery Boost during their current browser session. Guest balances do not participate directly in treasure draws until transferred to a registered account. Eligible guest progress may be transferred when the guest registers or signs in. Clearing, losing, or ending the browser session before transfer will result in the loss of temporary progress. Guest progress is not guaranteed to persist across devices or browsers.

4. Boost Cap and Universal Daily Reduction

Discovery Boost is capped at 1,000. Every positive balance is reduced by 20 Boost for each elapsed calendar day, down to zero. This reduction applies equally to active and inactive members alike — it is a universal daily balance reduction, not an inactivity penalty. The reduction may be processed automatically or reconciled when the account next performs a relevant action.

5. Treasure Probability & Inventory Availability

The displayed percentage is the mathematical probability used for an eligible challenge draw. A draw occurs only following a verified eligible challenge. Each draw is independent; previous unsuccessful attempts do not increase the probability of a future draw beyond the current Discovery Boost calculation. There is no guaranteed win after a particular number of attempts.

Draw success vs. allocation availability: The displayed probability represents the chance of a successful draw roll under eligible conditions. However, an allocation can only succeed if eligible promotional inventory remains available and active for that sponsor at the exact moment of the roll. A displayed probability does not guarantee that inventory will remain available or that a particular reward will be allocated.

6. Limited Reward Inventory & First Allocation

Treasures are available only while eligible promotional inventory remains active, unclaimed, and unexpired. Inventory is finite and may be limited by quantity, territory, eligibility, availability period, or other disclosed restrictions. Reward availability may change without prior notice when inventory is exhausted or withdrawn by a sponsor.

Successful allocations from finite inventory are processed according to database transaction order (first-allocation mechanics). Where multiple eligible attempts occur at approximately the same time, the first successfully committed transaction receives the available item. A reward cannot be allocated more than once.

7. Discovery and Reservation

When an available treasure is successfully discovered, it appears in the member dashboard as Pending claim. The allocated reward is reserved to that member, subject to applicable claim conditions, eligibility requirements, and any disclosed claim deadline.

The member must select the Claim action in their dashboard to reveal the private reward code, redemption instructions, or delivery details. Once claimed, members must keep private reward details confidential. BrainPandora is not responsible for unauthorized third-party use resulting from a recipient voluntarily disclosing private claim details, except where mandatory liability applies under applicable law.

Expiration & 6-Month Retention Lifecycle: Promotional treasures that have reached their expiration date cannot be discovered in challenge draws or claimed by explorers. If a discovered treasure expires prior to claim, it becomes permanently unclaimable. All discovered treasures (whether claimed or unclaimed) and expired reward records remain visible in the recipient's dashboard and the issuing sponsor's past rewards archive for a maximum period of six (6) months (180 days). After six months, an automated scheduled self-cleaning routine permanently purges the treasure and its associated reward records from the platform.

8. Reward Conditions & Third-Party Responsibility

Each promotional reward may be subject to specific conditions disclosed on its listing, including:

• Minimum age requirements.
• Country or regional geographic restrictions.
• Account or identity eligibility criteria.
• Specific redemption instructions and external platform requirements.
• Expiration dates and scheduling deadlines.
• Product or service category restrictions.
• Prohibitions against resale or commercial transfer.

Promotional rewards may be issued and fulfilled by independent sponsors, merchants, or other contributors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, BrainPandora acts as the operator of the discovery and allocation platform and not as the independent issuer of third-party reward codes or the provider of external products and services.

Third-party issuers determine their own redemption conditions, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed for the promotion. Recipients are responsible for reviewing these conditions before using a reward. Rewards may be unusable by individuals who do not meet disclosed eligibility criteria. BrainPandora does not independently guarantee the continued operation, solvency, service quality, or redemption infrastructure of third-party issuers.

9. Reward Redemption

BrainPandora's role is limited to hosting the promotional discovery mechanism and allocating promotional reward codes or claim instructions. Where redemption is handled by an independent issuer or sponsor, that third party controls its own redemption platform, fulfillment, and terms.

Recipients are responsible for submitting claims accurately and following redemption instructions. BrainPandora does not guarantee acceptance by third parties where a recipient fails to meet disclosed age, territorial, account, or technical requirements, nor does it guarantee the uninterrupted availability of external redemption systems. Using an external reward code or redemption link may establish a separate contractual relationship between the recipient and the third-party provider.

10. Promotional Face Values and No Cash Value Against BrainPandora

Promotional rewards are offered strictly in the condition and form described in the relevant reward listing. A third-party reward code or gift card displaying a nominal amount does not establish a cash claim against BrainPandora.

For example, a promotional gift code advertised as having a value of “$100” or “€50” does not mean that BrainPandora holds funds on behalf of the recipient or owes the recipient cash. Any applicable monetary value or redemption entitlement is governed by the terms of the relevant issuer and the applicable promotion.

Discovery Boost itself has no monetary value. No optional exchange, upgrade, substitution, transfer, or cash alternative is provided by BrainPandora unless expressly stated. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Invalid Rewards and Disputes

Members may report any allocated reward that appears expired, invalid, previously redeemed, incorrectly described, or otherwise unusable. Reports may be submitted directly through the platform\'s Support & Report Center.

Reports should include the reward identifier, relevant error details, and an objective description of the problem. Members should never publicly disclose private secret codes when submitting reports.

BrainPandora will investigate relevant allocation records and coordinate with the issuing sponsor where appropriate. Submission of a report does not create an automatic entitlement to cash compensation, an alternative reward, or a replacement reward code. Any applicable contractual or statutory rights remain unaffected. Where BrainPandora is legally responsible for a defect, misrepresentation, or breach of duty, applicable statutory legal rules govern the recipient\'s rights.

12. No Guaranteed Eligibility or Reward

Participation in BrainPandora\'s promotional discovery system is voluntary and free of charge. No member is automatically entitled to receive a reward merely by registering, exploring, accumulating Discovery Boost, participating in games, visiting sponsor pages, or achieving a particular ranking.

Prior to a successful discovery and allocation, players have no legal entitlement to receive a treasure, prize, gift, or financial benefit, regardless of their Boost balance or exploration history. Each promotional allocation is subject to published challenge rules, available inventory, applicable eligibility conditions, and successful verification. BrainPandora does not guarantee that a member will discover a reward within any particular period or number of attempts. Members who do not satisfy applicable conditions may be excluded from the relevant promotion.

13. Fair Use, Abuse Prevention, and Promotional Exclusion

BrainPandora reserves the right to investigate suspected manipulation or abuse of the promotional system, including:

• Automated participation, bots, scripts, or emulators.
• Multiple accounts operated to gain an unfair reward advantage.
• Manipulated mini-game results or falsified client engagement signals.
• Exploitation of technical defects, glitches, or software errors.
• Unauthorized resale or transfer of confidential claim credentials.
• Fraudulent claims or false eligibility statements.

Where justified by manipulation, duplicate accounts, automated farming, false eligibility information, or material rule violations, BrainPandora may reverse improperly credited Boost, cancel invalid allocations, suspend promotional access, or restrict offending accounts in a proportionate manner subject to applicable law. Validly acquired claims will not be revoked arbitrarily. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

14. Sponsor Screening, Rejection, and Removal

Promotional rewards may be provided by independent corporate sponsors, creators, or external contributors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, participating sponsors are independent third parties. Displaying a brand name, logo, or trademark does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

BrainPandora may inspect submitted sponsor URLs, reward descriptions, reward-code information, and promotional materials for compliance with platform standards. BrainPandora reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove offers that appear fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, expired, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable platform requirements.

Screening is intended to reduce abuse and does not constitute a certification, endorsement, or guarantee that a third-party offer is free from defects or risks. Sponsors remain responsible for their own representations and fulfilment obligations.

15. Prospective Changes and Discontinuation

BrainPandora may prospectively modify Discovery Boost parameters, interaction requirements, probabilities, inventory rules, and promotional mechanics for legitimate operational, security, technical, economic, or legal reasons. Material changes will be communicated on this page. Prospective modifications will not invalidate previously established valid claims or extinguish mandatory statutory rights.

16. No Purchase or Monetary Exchange

Participation in BrainPandora Treasures and Discovery Boost is completely free. No purchase, fee, or financial payment is required to earn Discovery Boost or participate in eligible treasure challenges. Discovery Boost cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or used as money.

17. Applicable Law

German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement. Statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
