BrainPandora is a creative universe built around exploration, imagination, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas. Members are welcome to create, publish, share, and interact with content, provided they respect other users, applicable law, and platform rules.
1. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the content they submit and publish. Before publishing, users must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions for any text, images, audio, video, code, characters, trademarks, or other protected materials.
Users must not knowingly publish unlawful or rights-infringing content. BrainPandora does not automatically verify or endorse user submissions.
2. Respectful Participation
Members must not engage in harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, stalking, impersonation, hate speech, or deliberate intimidation. Constructive criticism, fictional storytelling, artistic expression, satire, and respectful disagreement are permitted within applicable law and platform standards.
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited across BrainPandora:
- Unlawful material or instructions facilitating criminal activity.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonating content.

Additional age or visibility restrictions may apply to material unsuitable for younger audiences.
4. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content is welcome where permitted by applicable law and platform rules. Users should not misrepresent synthetic material as authentic evidence of real events or real individuals where doing so would be deceptive. Users remain responsible for reviewing generated content and complying with applicable rights and disclosure obligations.
5. No Manipulation
Members must not artificially inflate activity, engagement, game scores, Discovery Boost, or reward chances. Automated engagement, duplicate accounts, fraudulent challenges, coordinated manipulation, and exploitation of technical errors are strictly prohibited.
6. Sponsor Integrity and Promotional Conduct
Sponsors, creators, contributors, and members participating in promotional activities must provide accurate information and must not intentionally mislead other users.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Publishing fraudulent, counterfeit, stolen, unauthorized, or knowingly invalid voucher codes.
- Advertising misleading promotional values, eligibility requirements, or redemption conditions.
- Submitting phishing links, malicious downloads, deceptive redirects, or fraudulent payment destinations.
- Impersonating established brands, merchants, or authorized representatives.
- Concealing material restrictions or deliberately misrepresenting reward availability.
- Manipulating Discovery Boost, reward allocation, claims, or promotional participation.
- Using promotional offers to obtain passwords, payment credentials, or sensitive personal information through deception.
BrainPandora may review promotional submissions and take appropriate action against suspected abuse, including rejecting offers, removing sponsor listings, restricting promotional participation, or suspending accounts. Sponsors and contributors remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of their submissions. BrainPandora's review processes do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of independent third-party offers. Members should report suspicious promotional content through the platform's reporting mechanisms.
7. Content Moderation
BrainPandora may restrict visibility, remove content, suspend features, or restrict accounts when justified by violations of applicable law or platform rules. Moderation decisions consider context, seriousness, repeated violations, and the potential impact on other users.
Where required by law, including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), affected users will receive an explanation of the moderation decision and information about available review and appeal mechanisms.
8. Reporting Content
Users and visitors may report suspected unlawful content, rights violations, impersonation, abuse, or other prohibited conduct. Reports should identify the relevant content and explain the concern.
Reports of potentially unlawful content are processed promptly in accordance with statutory requirements. You may submit reports through the platform's Reporting Center or by emailing brain@brainpandora.com.
9. Account Restrictions and Appeals
Serious or repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions. Users may contact BrainPandora to request review of a moderation decision. Any additional legally required complaint or dispute-resolution mechanisms remain available.
10. Community Participation
BrainPandora encourages original creations, collaboration, respectful feedback, responsible AI use, and fair participation. These Guidelines may be updated to reflect new features, risks, or legal requirements.
