Erste Strophe
Die Tür geht auf, ich schau verdutzt,
mein Herz klopft laut, ich bin gestutzt.
Ein liebes Antlitz, klar und nah,
bringt Freude mir wie nie zuvor.
Zweite Strophe
Dein Lachen tönt, so warm und hell,
vertreibt die Stumm, vertreibt die Quäl.
Ein Überraschungsbesuch so schön,
lässt alle Sorgen schnell vergehn.
